We’re a highly experienced team with a genuine passion for caring, helping and listening

Life can feel empty and miserable, especially when suffering from ill health or infirmity. Things can get worse without friends and family close by. Here at Panacea Care, individual’s happiness is considered to be of the utmost importance. We are a small, family- run care provider and we try our very best to create the feeling of a family environment – we understand the importance of a smile, a laugh, a joke, a listening ear and some kind words.

Our carers

Our cofounder and Service Manager Alian Suantak M.Sc. cares passionately about his work and has a proven track record in supporting individuals with mental health difficulties, and managing residential care homes and supported living. He has a wealth of experience in providing rehabilitative care services within mental health settings. He has also worked as volunteer drug educator to prevent drug and alcohol abuse.

Our dedicated and compassionate support staff team are suitably qualified to NVQ Level 2,3 & 4 in health and social care. Our staff team are trained to ensure that service users Rights, Dignity and Choices are upheld and respected at all times.

Our living accommodation

Our accommodation is clean, modern, comfortable and “homely” and we’re happy to adjust the decor according to taste. Residents are encouraged to furnish their rooms as they wish and we’re here to help move things around accordingly.
